Operation method of electric valve
1. Before operating the valve, carefully read the operating instructions.
2. Be sure to know the flow direction of the gas before operation, and pay attention to check the valve opening and closing signs.
3. Check the appearance of the electric valve to see if the electric valve is affected with moisture. If it is affected with moisture, it should be dried. If other problems are found, they should be dealt with in time without fault operation.
4. For electric devices that have been out of service for more than 3 months, check the clutch before starting, confirm that the handle is in the manual position, and then check the insulation, steering and electrical wiring of the motor.
During manual control, turn the changeover switch to the LOCAL position and operate the switch of the electric valve locally. When the electric valve is opened or closed, it will automatically stop working. After * * *, turn the operation changeover switch to the middle position.

Precautions for electric valve operation:

When opening a large diameter valve with a bypass valve, if the pressure difference between the two ends is large, the bypass valve should be opened to adjust the pressure first, and then the main valve should be opened: after the main valve is opened, the bypass valve should be closed immediately.
11. When receiving and sending pigging ball (device), the ball valve passing through it must be fully opened.
12, operating ball valve, gate valve, globe valve, butterfly valve can only be fully open or fully closed, it is strictly prohibited for adjustment.
13. In the process of operating gate valves, globe valves and flat valves, when closing or opening to the top dead center or bottom dead center, it should be turned 1/2 to 1 turn.
